Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) Chapter 10.12 regulates parking in public right-of-way. EMC 10.12.020(D) requires the paved roadway surface to remain clear (minimum 20-foot width), 10.12.020(G) prohibits RV’s, 10.12.020(J) limits parking to 48 consecutive hours, and 10.12.020(L) requires mailboxes to be accessible from 8am to 6pm.
