The City of Edgewood Planning Commission will conduct two virtual Public Hearings at Edgewood City Hall, 2224 104th Avenue East, Edgewood, Washington, commencing at approximately 6:00 p.m., on Monday, March 8, 2021 to receive public comments on:
1. Tree Preservation: Planning Commission noticed a public hearing to accept public comment pertaining to proposed tree preservation code amendments primarily contained in Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) 18.90.180. Related code amendments are proposed to EMC 18.20.050, 18.20.200, 18.20.220, 18.30.230, and 18.80.080.
2. Sign Code: Planning Commission noticed a public hearing to accept public comment pertaining to proposed sign code amendments contained in Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) 18.20.090, 18.97.030, and 18.20.090.
