Background
The City of Edgewood has transitioned our Small Works Roster, Vendor and Consultant Lists to the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) shared online database.

To be eligible for the formal bid process with the City of Edgewood, please register your company with the Municipal Research Service Center (MRSC) Rosters. Municipal Research Service Center (MRSC) Rosters information, instructions and link are below.
 
Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) Rosters
MRSC is the online shared Small Public Works Contractor Roster (projects under $350,000 excluding sales tax), Vendor List and Consultant Services Roster for local governments in Washington State, including the City of Edgewood, to search for eligible Contractor, Vendors and Consultant service providers by service category.

  • The City of Edgewood will no longer maintain Small Works, Vendor and Consultant rosters separate from those provided by MRSC.
  • Previously submitted City of Edgewood Small Works Contractor Roster, Vendor Roster and Consultant Services Roster applications are no longer active.

Contractors, Consultants & Vendors 
MRSC Rosters is a convenient and cost-effective way for marketing services to agencies statewide though only one registration process. Operated by the not-for-profit Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC), the MRSC Rosters is a fee-based service for all participants charged annually; however, contractors, consultants and vendors do have a free option, for now, to register for individual agency rosters. If you are already a member of MRSC Rosters, simply select the City of Edgewood in your account.

If applicable to your business, please use the Washington State’s Office of Washington State’s Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise (OMWBE) list to register your business as a certified MWBE/DBE.
